My question is am I going to have to pay more or get a different calling plan since I have an Incredible already, or do I automatically get 4G?

The plans haven't been released yet so we don't know. The incredible won't support LTE though.

What about the 4g setting that the Inc has? Is that just a fake setting or for something else?
