4g LTE in anchorage Alaska

I woke up this morning to find that i now have 4g. Did a speed test and I'm getting 10mb DL. But there isn't even a Verizon store in Alaska. Weird.

I guess they have enough customers in Alaska through internet sales and 3rd party vendors to deploy 4G up there?

although their coverage map says "4G LTE coverage is currently not available in Alaska or Puerto Rico."

You only have 2 bars but I'd still be a bit skeptical... Just did a speed test and got one of my better ones (it's usually about 14Mbps down and 11Mbps up)
