4g LTE down

Ok so is anyone's else phone going in and out of 4 g? Is 4G like down or something? Mine keeps going in and out every 5 seconds and I can't do a damn thing its ridiculous ( using 3g right now) btw. How can I cut off 4G to use 3g cause 4G is having to many problems right now? Any help or comments please.
