4.4 (kitkat) for note 3

Me too there are some great features in 4.4 I'm looking forward to.

In all fairness with the timliness of getting the update to Kitkat you have to keep in mind we are getting Version 4.42. We are getting the latest and the greatest version, think about it, the Moto X and the Nexus devices that were the front-runners for KitKat, while that is great thing being the "testers" for the OS, they had to deal with all the problems and the bugs from the initial release. Granted there are still some bugs, hopefully good ones that lead towards "Unlocking Bootloaders", but when we get our hands on KitKat most of the launch headaches are mostly gone, right!

Well, according to the Christian Post, we are on for the END of January for 4.4, that's the same time frame that the French Carrier SFR has given out. Check out the article and read for yourself... Christian Post...

I am hoping 4.4 comes in January. It really does have some nice features. There is a reason so many devices are being upgraded to it.

Well if I remember correctly it did come in January just not for the Verizon note 3.. only the international version. Verizon is almost always dead last in putting out updates.

No i believe the only version that has it so far is the international version. I have not been able to find much in terms of definitive dates for US. Though they have said before once the international version gets it, it will be a few weeks before the US based versions get it.
