I recently rooted my Dinc using unrevoked 3. While rooting I did have to do a factory reset, and after that everything was working fine. It kept this way for about 3 days before the 3g started to get spotty, and lately it's just saying in the system settings that it's trying to turn on, but it'll do this for hours with no luck.
I tried doing a *288 reset, and it hasn't seemed to try to help. If it makes any difference I have Radio 2.15.00.07.28 and haven't done anything to change it.
(also had a small bit of multiple apps force closing for seemingly no reason, but I went through and uninstall-ed and deleted most and it's since stopped being a problem, so I'm assuming that was some apps not playing nice and a seperate issue)
Edit: The problem ended up fixing itself later with a bunch of jimmying.
