3G or 4G???

I turn my phone on, it's showing 4G...within just a few minutes it's showing 3G and stays that way.

Always have......I get GREAT wifi at the house with 20mbps service.....my mobile devices usually get about 15mbps from my router.:blink:

The map shows me to be in a 4G coverage area.

My house is sitting between 2 mountains (to the east and west), and an earthen flood retention dam (to the north). However, there are two towers to the south of me less than a mile away.

My phone is current;y showing one bar of 4G......usually shows 3 bars of 3G.
