3G not working

I'm a nube looking for anwers.

im a newbie torwards this i only have about a year and half experience with smartphones most of which was a BB 8330 but i have owned my D2 for about a month and half and i experienced 3G dropping where ever i was even next to the Verizon store. ever since the last OTA update i havent experienced it as much but it may just be verzions network or the internal antenna in the D2 just is weak. im not totally sure but just tryin to help in some way. welcome to the forum tho. i hope you enjoy your stay

Welcome to the forums. Have you tried turning airplane mode on and off? That works for me when my signal disappears.

Helps me too! If that doesn't work, I dial *228 and choose option 1 to reprogram my phone. Had to do it at my fiance's house tonight actually.
