I'm loving liberty gingerbread 0.9 so far the only things i've noticed is i can no longer disable the camera shutter sound and i'm stuck on the older version of the Android Market it will not update.

Anyone else having the same issue, know a fix?

You can probably get the updated market by uninstalling the old one, restarting, and then installing the new one. I'm not having the problem you posted with the shutter, but every time I restart my phone, it defaults to the widescreen format instead of 8 MP format.
