Go to droid hacks > custom roms > cyanogenmod > CM7 nightly builds, and download a build for the incredible. I'm partial to winners builds as he puts some extra stuff on them. Its android 2.3.3

Actually you don't have to download any Roms at all to get gingerbread. It will be pushed to your phone sometime this summer. Officially from HTC. Guess I gotta get my phone back to stock

This is true! However, it's gonna be a loooooong hot summer as we all know. Summer in Verizon/HTC time could be anywhere from early June to late September!
