Verizon sent out the OTA update to some users, evidently as a test run to see if there were any major problems. Someone uploaded the update that was downloaded to their phone, so it's the official OTA update. Verizon/Motorola could always change something before they roll it out to everyone, but the update in this thread is legit: http://www.droidforums.net/forum/motorola-droid-pro/151082-2-3-3-gingerbread-ota-update-zip-file-download.html

There was a rooted version of the Gingerbread Droid Pro update made available on the Team Black Hat (TBH) app by P3Droid....if you purchased the app you had the ability to download off of their server...

I was already rooted so didn't want to unroot to update to stock GB, so I bought the TBH app and am enjoying rooted Gingerbread...

for some reason that version does not appear on the TBH app anymore, so not sure what happened...
