Was wondering if anyone here knew if there any plans on creating a YouTube video to go from stock 2.1 back to 2.0.1 unrooted? I've read the instructions, but am still to nervous about trying it. Too many steps that I'm not exactly sure about doing correctly, but if someone were doing it step-by-step on a video then I'd probably take the leap. I updated to 2.1 manually, and would like to go back to 2.0.1 because I miss Droidmod 1.0 soooooo much! OR, do you have any inside info on when 2.1 may be properly rooted, thus making the jump back to 2.0.1 unnecessary? Thanks for the GREAT site!!! You guys are the best.

Thank you Charles! I've been looking around on Youtube and never found that. Wonder why...I'll watch it a couple of times and let you know how it goes.

I don't have a video, but used this thread, and it worked out perfectly. Backed everything up first using MyBackup trial. I was nervous, too, since I have never rooted.
