If you really want to get freaked out try doing a search for Exif viewer. Basically, many pictures taken from a smart phone with coordinates turned on can be examined with an on-line viewer to get all of the camera data info, AND location information. Your pictures or yous or other's pictures on the web. Cops use this to track folks, and the bad guys out there can use this to find your wife or your kids if you are not smart about GPS and your phone.

If you want the gps pictures of that nice view from some remote mountain top fine, turn the gps on. Any other time, please use your head. It ain't just google, friends.

On this subject... I remember seeing a while back an app that you could post a picture, or 'draw' on a wall or building via geotagging, and another Android user, provided they had the app, could 'view' that same wall and see what you created there. Anyone know of this?
