1969 bug on froyo?

Since I put in the leaked version of 2.2 I have a variation of the 1969 android bug and I can't figure out how to fix it. It's only occurring in my office email. POP email from Groupwise. Every email that comes in says Dec 31, 1969 which is terribly annoying. All of my new emails are sent to the bottom of hundreds of other ones. Any ideas how to fix this? Ive tried batter pulls, restarts, deleting and reinstalling the email...any ideas?
