Folks planning to nab the 16GB version of the "Next Big Thing" from Samsung, the Galaxy S4, may want to take advantage of the fact it includes a microSD card slot. Apparently, the 16GB version only comes with 9GB of useable storage space. The Android OS takes up about 2GB of space, and the rest of that roughly 46% of storage is being used by software from Samsung.

Of course, the only problem with using microSD cards is that not all apps can be installed on them. You may want to consider this when making your purchase and considering spending the extra for a 32GB version, or even waiting until the 64GB version comes along. Still, it seems kinda stingy of Samsung to not find a way to make up for this, or at least warn users ahead of time. Perhaps everything has its pros and cons.

Hey people want more features, those features take up space and it has to go somewhere...personally I'd never fill that phone's internal memory anyhow, that would be a hell of a lot of applications. Everything else to the card...
