So I bought need for speed for 4.99 & noticed it said I would only have 15 minutes to try it? I can't even download it in 15mins, what is that about?

The app its self was downloaded within about 5mins, well when you launch the app you get that nice message that says it needs to download 150mb worth of stuff.

At that point I just closed it out & refunded.

So when did all this come along? Pretty sure I bought an app yesterday with the 24hour thing. 15mins isn't nearly enough time.

The new android market policy is 15 minutes sadly. Its good for the developers but pretty crappy for the users
