I read something today that was interesting... the Mayan calendar didn't account for leap years... so if it was correct then then world would have ended about 7 months ago.

It wasn't just the Mayan calendar ending, Nostradamus' Book of Days goes blank after Dec 21, 2012.

Verizon ending Unlimited Data had more concerns around here than Nostradamus' Book or the Mayan Calendar. Lol!

Well to clarify, it may not have had "leap years" but that's because it didn't need to. The Mayan calendar simply accounted for them by making the number of minutes in an hour 61. Thus eliminating the need for leap years in the calendar. And is why the Mayan calendar is still arguably more accurate than the atomic clock.

The date signifies the alignment of the universe and is supposed to be a time shift into a new age of thinking.
