BTW how many of you are buying your phone on the 1 year plan?

Seems like a no brainer for only $70 more.

(it also appears the only way you can select this option on the website is going in via 'the droid tab')

Basically $269.99 means in a year you can sell your phone and get something else OR change to another carrier etc without an ETF.

Well, now with the $50 discounts through wirefly and other online shops, that turns into a $120 difference. That's enough to deal with the ETF to me.

I think the no-brainer part of 1 year contract is when the increased ETF lands... then it would be a no-brainer vs. the 2 year.
