1 of 4 phones on Page Plus requires daily re-activation, what is up?

I have a total of 4 phones using the Verizon network, all on with Page Plus. I have 2 Droid X2's, 1 Droid 3 and a Zeal. One of the X2's for the last week or so needs daily re-activation, sometimes several times a day because it cannot call out or receive calls. It can text but not call and Page Plus is telling us that it is an issue that Verizon is working on. Anyone else having this issue in the state of Ohio?
My wife really does need her phone and since it is so random (only effecting certain phones) I am thinking of getting her another phone since it only effects that particular phone...

I have run 2 different X2s on PP since February this year without a problem.
