Is there any possible way to get the blue theme on my phone, I'm running SS 4.96, but when I was installing the ROM, I selected STOCK theme....anyone know how to go about this? Thanks!

I have always used ADW Launcher and I want to continue. I saw in the first post that I am supposed to use Chevy tools to delete the 2D (I think) launcher. I can't find anything like that in Chevy's tools and I have a different launcher Icon than I am used to at the bottom of my home screen. When I access "settings," I get the option of giong to ADW settings. Once I am in launcher, everything looks the same. Am I using ADW? Is the icon the only thing that is different? Do I need to delete the launcher that comes with the rom to keep from using the resources? Did the stock launcher maybe not load?

BTW coming from 4.8. The phone was getting kind of "pokey" (like when you really nee to reload your OS after a few years) and this brought it back. Thanks!

Just reinstall and choose the blue theme or the option without "stock" in the title

Sent from my Droid using DroidForums App

Reinstalling would be such a pain in the a$$....I would have to restore all my apps through titanium and all my settings would have to get restored as well...Theres no easy way to change the theme???

No, you wouldn't. Just install the themed 4.96 right over the top of the unthemed one. YMMV, of course, but I don't reinstall anything even BETWEEN versions of SS, let alone over the same version. Just make a RM backup before you apply the themed version.

If you use RM, just download and install the standard/blue theme SS. DON'T check 'wipe data and cache', just install it. Everything will still be there, just in blue.

ALT Method: Download the standard/blue theme to your SD card, reboot into recovery and install the zip, WITHOUT wiping data and cache first. Everything will still be there, just in blue.

It sounds like you have ADW as your launcher. AS for deleting Launcher2, go into ChevyTools, choose "scripts", make sure "hide or delete files" is checked, then choose "delete files (for system apps)"....scroll down and find Launcher2, and check it. It will then delete the launcher.

Even if you are using it by some odd chance, it will default to ADW once you remove it.

So I just updated my friends phone from 4.7 to 4.96 and in chevy tools it gets hung up when I try to delete any app (email, launcher, notepad, etc...). I tried wiping and reinstalling and still was having the same problem. Any ideas?
