What issues did you have with Rom toolbox (hunted you down from your comment :P )?

Go into the toolbox under app management and remove apps. Hit menu to show all apps and then uninstall from there.
Try this in terminal emulator:
busybox rm -f /system/app/Facebook.apk
pm uninstall com.facebook.katana
then try it from the market.
This is very hard to do on the X since the locked bootloader and how hard that makes it to have a full from source rom. That being said.. I have done...
It's not included in liberty but was most likely in a theme. Because it is in /system/app you can't uninstall it normally. If you go into Liberty...

you may want to re-install the rom but you can download liberty toolbox from the market and that will fix the fc issue too.

/system/app/LibertyWallpapers.apk open it and go to /res/drawable-hdpi
updated app and op (1-31-2011). check it out

If you update to 1.0.2 in the market it should be fixed. You can also access liberty settings by going into liberty toolbox, hit menu, click settings.
you probably didn't click remember the first time it came up. Go into superuser app, long click app, forget, open terminal again.
