Take the camera APK from CM6.1 RC4 and the camera works perfect.....no problems with flash and the zoom works without FC
Not sure if they make one....but I saw a post a while back where someone cut a whole out for the camera

I would try deleting swype and installer and try again....you have to wait for the confirmation screen before closing in order for it to work...
