All problems seem to be fixed. Battery life back to normal and no more sticking on 3g. Sweet!

Strangely - voice dial works fine for me.. it's only via bluetooth. Will try it with a headset as well, just for comparison.

I switched from a BB Pearl, and the INC has noticeably better call quality than the Pearl did... no issues at all so far.
Can you then add them into contacts?
