    I'm literally thinking of Cancelling my account from this issue. Not even kidding. Now I'm stuck on an Original droid because I traded my phone...

    I got off the phone with one today who noted it's a Known issue from Motorola.

    Just got off the phone with Tech support. Said its a known issue, will be fixed in an update a month or so from now.

    Turn of Global GSM Signal and you will get better battery life

    I just fixed mine with this issue. I went in, turned it off, and turned it back on. Vibrating ever since.

    my phone seems worse after the update

    I'm not sure if this really helped me or not. I definitely found that powering off/on the phone after running the update for awhile helped mine...
