I did not long ago just it case it all disappered for some reason. I downloaded anything I could and put it in a UD V10 folder. :)
My Backup will do very similar to Titanium. Free one is good for 30 days I think.

I would go back in and check the sd card notifications box. Then uncheck it again. Seems like when you get this rebooting when you plug it in it...
Do you have sd card notifications on? If so turn them off.
If you want it removed then just use root explorer and go into system/apps, mount as R/W and delete it.
