      I think the problem is how you unzipped the nandroid folder. Check in "nandroid" on your SD Card and look at the backup you made already. You'll see that "System.tar", "Data.tar", "Boot.img", etc. are inside one folder inside the "nandroid" folder... make sure the ROM isn't inside two folders... I hope this is the problem...

      Also... it may be that you put it in the root of your SD Card... place it in the "nandroid" folder of your SD Card. (unzipped)

      I'm sorry it took me so long to get back to you... I've been busy. I'm hopefully posting another update tonight... with options of 800 MHz, 900 MHz, or 1 GHz overclocking :)
      (you can also scale it down to normal if you choose... it's only if you want to)
