"xScope Lite (process sui.m) has stopped unexpectedly"

I keep getting this error message whenever I go to my favorites page in xScope Lite:

"The application xScope Lite (process sui.m) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."

And then I have to FC the app. I've never had this problem before, I think it started after the most recent update 2 days ago. It always happens when I go to the favorite page.

I can still surf the web with xscope, but only if i type in the website i want in the google search bar widget and then go to the site from there. But I can't open tabs because this error pops up and the brower FCs.

Is there something in my settings that is causing this? Or will there be a fix?

This is different from JonKyu's error. His crash is due to limited memory for a heavy sites.
If it is repeatable, could you please go to market, download 'alogcat' and run it right after FC and send xscopebrowser@gmail.com the log? That will be really helpful

Hey Gary,

Right after I posted this I was talking to a friend on messenger and he suggested I just uninstall xscope and then re-download/install from the market again. This did the trick and I don't have the issue anymore.

If the issue does arise again, I'll be sure to download "alogcat" and send you the log.

Eventually figured it is a known bug. Happens to stock browser too. Can't do anything about it. Sorry.

Oh that's a bummer. xScope was working great until this issue came up.

Is there a way to change my homepage? Because this error that causes the FC ONLY happens when I go to my "favorites" page, which is also set is my homepage. So I can't open a new tab without the FC issues.

Never had this problem with the stock browser fwiw.

Eventually figured it is a known bug. Happens to stock browser too. Can't do anything about it. Sorry.

to change your homepage: hit the android icon. Remove as homepage / Set as homepage.

unfortunately switching my homepage didn't work. Not sure what the issue is. owell...back to stock.
