I had used this in the past (it was one of the things that made xscope wonderful!) but now I must be doing something wrong. (this is the lite version)
Make sure user agent is set to iPhone or Android. It's been working correctly since I changed mine to iPhone. Unless that's just coincidence.

I did have mine on computer and I would like for it to stay that way but just to check I tried all of them and still nothing...

Is there a way to prevent xScope from opening mobile sites? I would like to default to the full site.

Yes, I tried that. (and saved) Doesn't seem to work. Seems to download the url to downloads section, but still loads mobile site.

It was set to Android .... changed it to iPhone ... did not help ... bummer
A quick selection takes you to a full page view of the youtube video, a long selection pops it into another browser and if you get it just right, the popup appears to either download or open in new tab, with the download simpy saving the jpg, not the video. This tool used to work SOOO well for this but now is mucked.

Sorry for not posting and supporting for a while as new update will be due soon and it will solve many problems.
update: 9/7 on xScope 6.0
Still long way to go. But it is relative stable and usable now.
Again, this is totally redesigned in terms of navigations and handling of pages.
xScope, for better or worse, has been a product of genuine and original piece from very beginning. We have been worked really hard on this new update. Thank you for your patience! We wanted this new release to really improve users's productivity!

Gary,
Thanks for your support. You may already be aware of this security problem, but in case you aren't I am providing a link. I know I checked xscopes db and it does display my previous website login user names/passwords in plain text.

I am actually very surprised!
This is an android thing and no other webkit browsers (stock browser, for example) are immune. User's input of usename or password is absolutely not
intercepted by xScope in anyway. Nor does it manage passwords or usernames. It relies on webkit to do so.

Oh, I gotcha; didn't realize that. Yeah the stock browser is doing the same thing. Thanks for the reply!
