We don't touch Swype, so I can't say that we are the cause of that.. just as much as I can't say that we aren't. And if you are using an app with WoW text, there is no work around aside from editing said app.

all of the Pure widgets are boogered up.

i don't know all the ins and outs of swype, but i do know that it makes you type it out for passwords, instead of swiping. could this possibly have anything to do with it? that the fields you're typing into are (correctly or incorrectly) marked as password (or possibly other?) fields, therefore, no swiping allowed?

What ROM did you flash over? Because its not the two roms that I know work - my option 'to fix' is going to be to choose a different rom such as FRG22D stock or Sapphire 1.1.4.

I'm running FRG22D Stock. Rooted it awhile back and haven't done anything to it. I'm loving the DE look. I may go with Sapphire 1.1.4.

Hmm, just in case I edited the update.zip and pulled in the bootanimation again, re-opt'd and re-uploaded.

Is anyone having this issue on other colors? I know blue worked fine. I haven't personally tested any of the other zips.

Download Stericson Busybox from the market. Open the app, there will be an install button. Make sure your busybox is up to date. Then try again.

Downloaded this yesterday, i installed the original black one, then installed the blue one. Then i tried to do the rom transfer in darkedge tools and it wont work, just goes on forever. now im trying to restore my back up, but it wont let me, it wont even let me reboot into recovery, cant install roms, cant restore back ups, stuck with a half working rom. please help.

Firstly, what ROM are you trying to flash these over? Secondly did you wipe before installing said ROM? Also keep in mind that the Gold theme is strictly for an FRG22D ROM right now and that's the only color so that may be your issue. Therefore, if worst comes to worst - you may have to flash a custom .SBF file and start all over from there. Does this help? Let me know.
