First, THANK YOU for this amazing theme pack!!

I installed ADW and was able to find/install the blue theme pack.. i see many icons are updated (browser/text/market/settings etc..)
but my contacts and phone are still at default (red and green incon)

I am on the Samsung Epic 4g with Froyo..

wanted to find out if i am doing something wrong? or how i can update to the theme icons?

You don't see contacts/phone when using the theme you downloaded from the market? If that's the case, I need you to grab me the activity names for those on your phone.

I need the activity names in order to make the icons automatically skin. It's how adwtheme's work. I'm presuming your phone has a custom overlay... like Touchwiz or something. Since I don't have one of those phones, I'll need you to grab the information I need.

Here's a step by step guide. First, long press on home and choose new custom shortcut.


Press the activity button.


Choose 'Activities'


Go down the list and find the icon for your contacts and your phone. Press them and it'll open up a list like I've done with alogcat.


Write down what you see, or grab a screencap and then either reply here and tell me or send me an email to de.koveleski at gmail -- once you've done this, I can get them to work correctly on your phone.

Some additional Kovicon-style icons. These were made using the PSD file generously provided by Koveleski. In that spirit, I have attached my PSD file as well.

All images were extracted/redrawn from the default app icon or downloaded from the LauncherPro Icon site (http://www.droidforums.net/forum/new...te=1&p=1084053). All image credits go to the original creators!

By request for people not using photoshop, the image settings used were those created by Koveleski:

image opacity = 35%

Drop Shadow
blend mode = multiply
color = black
opacity = 75%
angle = 49 degrees
use global light = unchecked
distance = 5 px
spread = 0%
size = 3 px

Gradient Overlay
blend mode = normal
opacity = 100%
gradient = black --> white
style = linear
align with layer = checked
angle = 90 degrees
scale = 150%
