i have problem with deodexed app file's
framework it's work but when i try deodexed app i have this error

please help im getting error when using xUltimate v2.3.3
also tried newer versions, 2.3.3 seems to work best for my phone

here's the error i get:

would really appreciate if someone can point me

Hello, I'm with a Galaxy Y running Gingerbread 2.3.6, my build number is XXLA2 and I've tried using your tool but for some reason I get this error:


Any idea what the problem could be? I was told to delete the odex file that is causing this but after it another one does the problem and it goes on and on until I end up at some other screen.

EDIT: I got it to work by using an older version (2.3.3) downloaded from here: http://www.xeudoxus.com/android/xUltimate-v2.3.3.zip

Thank you so much for your wonderful tool. I am now able to modify my system apk's icons.

I'm kinda new at all this.
I'm getting an error when running your script. Attached is the test file.
Im running v2.4 on a Motorola Atrix HD rooted/Unlocked BL.

good day guyz.2.4 gave me errors.so i used the old version 2.3.3 and it worked.all apps was deodexed except for "Phone.apk and Phone.odex", "HiddenMenu.apk and HiddenMenu.odex", "Phonesky.apk and Phonesky.odex". Aslo in framework.all succeeded except "qcnvitems.jar and qcnvitems.odex". itred the latest version 2.4.2 but it's just tha same with 2.4 that gave me error.

do i have to deodex those apks manually?i mean one by one?is it safe?will it work even the procedure is from other source?

Hi,
I want to deodex my stock rom, ICS 4.0.4, Alcatel OT 992D, MT6577 1gHz dualcore, rooted, with busybox and TWRP recovery. I have a Windows 8 64bit instaled on my laptop. Using xUltimate 2.4.2, trying also with xUltimate 2.4, but without a succses in both case. When I connect phone and pc via usb, run as administrator main.exe from /C:/xUltimate, I got message below:

* Checking Script Version.... *
* Checking Phone ROM Build.... *
* Waiting for Phone... *
adb server is out of date.  killing...
* daemon started successfully *

and that's it, nothing hapends just staying forewer. I think that I have ADB driver, cause ADB and android SDK working. If I typing:

adb shell
su

from platform-tools, I got a message "shell has been granted superuser permission" on my phone display. Also, I can run comands such a "reboot", "bootanimation", etc.

Please, tell me and help me, how to run xUltimate with succes, and where is my mistake. If you need some kind of log, just tell me whichone and how to generate and I'll upload.
