I have been flashing over and over since 3.0.0. However I have noticed that booting up is taking longer and longer, now up to about 3 minutes. Also get occasional FC on random things. So I think I will wipe and install 3.2.5.

I have been running since last night and have zero problems. Battery seems to be holding up very well.

It's always safer to wipe. Use Titanium Backup to backup everything, wipe, flash, restore.

It takes maybe 30 minutes and saves you any potential headaches.

You won't lose ANY data. Phone call logs, contacts, messaging history, etc., are all saved.

I haven't wiped since 3.0 and I've flashed every step of the way. No problems here.
