Fancy Widget Droid 1 UD 3.2

Hey all,

Just read changelog that fancy widget is removed from 3.2 UD update?

I used that for my clock widget, loved it. Looks justl ike the HTC sense widget.

The fancy widget app on the market doesnt look like the same one...

The one on the market is the same one. I believe it just has different skins but I'm not sure because I use beautiful widgets

There's an APK on XDA Devs that you can search for to get the old Fancy Widgets that has the Sense style clock. Version 1.2.5 or 1.2.7 I believe. G/L

You can load up 3.1.1 and then use titanium backup to save that skin. when you restore, restore data and app on 3.2.

This method never worked for me. Maybe I was doing it wrong or something but like I mentioned earlier, alternatively the APK is available on XDA somewhere.

EDIT: I should mention that I was trying to restore it on a non-UD ROM which didn't work. But the APK does work on any Android 2.x ROM, so that's a plus.

There is an option in UD Settings to install the Fancy Widget.
