About LinkBacksMy has bad connectivity I called Verizon and they said all they can do is send me a new sim, they said they cannot replace it, because it is out of warranty. Has this happened to anyone else. My phone is refurbished and I've only had it for 2 months.

02-08-2013 03:42 AMUnfortunately Verizon will not replace your phone of it's under warenty. Mine has the same problem so I'm just living with it until I'm due for an upgrade next month. When I'm at home I just use Wi-Fi.
