No Network Connection
I cannot receive any email - I keep getting an error message -- "Unable to connect. You need a network connection to use this application. Please turn on mobile network or Wi-Fi in Settings." I go to the settings and the Mobile network is checked. I then check Wi-Fi also and it still will not work. It just says scanning and then shows disconnnect. Ater a while it wll connect to my office internet. However, the Mobile network has not worked for a day and a half now and even with it checked it shows it not working. I am about to pull my hair out. :mad: Mail was coming in just fine until around 9 am yesterday. Well, now that I am connected through my company, the Inbox is showing empty. It has deleted what was in there.
Have you tried reboots, battery pulls or going into airplane mode and back? That can work.
I have rebooted, pulled the battery several times, and just went into airplane mode. I just noticed that one of the folders is syncing but that is not the main folder. I have 7 folders all total that I sync. One of the 7 is syncing and all 7 are checked.
