Need help

I went to root phone and downgraded to factory settings, installed upgrade ROM and continuously in HTC loop load. Had s-off before installing upgrade. Tried to put s-on back and installing factory settings, but still sick at HTC loop load. Is there a way to restore phone back to factory settings using hboot or via computer USB? No matter what rooted or unrooted hboot upgrade I tried to use it still loops through the HTC screen. all of the pg05 files successfully install through hboot, but HTC loop still keeps happening.
