    3g,4g

    Since the GB update, im having a very hard time maintaning 3G or 4G . I've tried power off and power on, but to no avail. Any advice?

    Battery pull , Restart Dial *#*#4636#*#* > Phone Info > Click CMDA +LTE/Evdo auto change to CDMA auto (PRL) will go to 3G only see if that helps. If it can maintain 3G you maybe ok Restart and then put back to CMDA+LTE/EVDO this option is also under mobile networks.

    If it still doesnt help maybe factory reset or go to Verizon store try a New LTE SIM. Also never dial *228
