About LinkBacksNovice here, my Sim card is locked with three tries to unlock it. I didn't lock it. Is this normal, and how do I find or rest the pin?

07-01-2011 10:22 AMMine is locked to. I guess it comes locked from the factory. It's for security, it keeps someone from getting your sim and stealing info.

07-02-2011 02:29 AM@ OP and john, what makes you guys believe your SIM card is locked? Are you guys trying to access the SIM card options from within the phone settings? To my knowledge, a locked SIM card doesn't even allow you to access the phone at all. An no brand new phone should come with a locked SIM card, but if your SIM card is locked, I'd call Verizon customer service and see if they can help you out.
