It goes through the whole thing now, the only thing was that after it said it was downloading the root.. it took a second... didn't know if it was stuck or not. still checking to make sure it works but so far so good... thanks man
Resistance is futile.

I am new to rooting and a little nervous about doing it but I will try.
I have a few questions.
1. Can I unroot easily if I need to and how is it done.
2. what happens if I root and then they release ICS, will phone update once rooted?
Yep, its easy to unroot. I have a tool here for it
Thunderbolt Auto-Unrooter
The ics update wont be for awhile, but if i were you i would re flash the stock recovery one you are rooted so that the OTA can work

Updated to work with 2.11.605.19
Updated, now requires less user input.
Not sure if this is just my bad luck or what (happened on my DInc, as well) but after rooting, the SD Card randomly disappears (I get an alert notification that the SD Card was unexpectedly removed). The only way to recover is to reboot. Any idea what may be causing that?
Might be an issue with the card if I had to guess
