Reinstalling System Files

Okay... Is there an app out there that will allow me to install system files? Astro will not, nor will the Uninstall programs I used uninstall the apps in the first place. The phone will not allow me to install the original dialer and contact apps over again at this point. It tries to and says app not installed. I have no way to add or update existing contacts in my phone and this is a problem for me. Can anyone chime in?

Okay, un-rooted and re-rooted with the revolutionary. Solved all my problems, but let me tell you guys that are out there that are afraid of rooting because you may not know very much about it... Going back and forth with this new revolutionary option is very very easy. Just follow the instructions and there are no problems. Next issue, I am only running rooted stock, and I had to stop that first pesky OTA update from trying to kill my phone. Craziness, let me tell you.
