04-30-2011 08:55 PMit is in /system/app and you can either copy the APK from there or use Titanium to back it up. I actually do both. I have a folder on my PC with all my APK's that I updated once a month or so and I use TiBu on my device as well.
Go to work, send your kids to school, follow fashion, act normal, walk on the pavement, watch t.v., save for your old age, obey the law, don't ask questions, and repeat after me.....I am free. -

05-03-2011 02:59 AMYou can actually still access blocked apps like wireless tether on the market. Just enable airplane mode and then turn on WiFi. If you already had wireless tether installed it will still show up as "installed" and you could still get any future updates.
