About LinkBacksIt should be as easy as just connecting a USB cable from phone to PC but it's not. How do I get a multitude of photos from my phone to my computer without emailing them etc.

01-22-2012 12:59 PMYou should be able to connect and select "USB mass storage" mode or when your phone is recognized by the computer, do you get the option to "open files to view"...

01-22-2012 01:14 PMI get a notification about installing device drivers and then a notice that they weren't installed. Then I get this:
Download and install the driver for your smartphone
Your smartphone is missing a driver.
The model name of your smartphone is T-Mobile myTouch 4G.
Uh, I have The Thunderbolt by HTC . . . -

01-22-2012 01:32 PMThere is an app on the market called Wifi File Explorer - you can transfer files via wifi from one device to another - that might be something to consider...
