Glad to see a timely response.
I wasn't in on the order, but hate seeing anyone get ripped off.
I'm getting frustrated with all of you guys and your paranoia. We are not running off with your money. 700$ is not worth the hassle that we would get for scamming you, let alone the hassle we are recieving from all of you guys lately. We told you the reason behind why Jose got the case he did, and still plenty of you refuse to wait and give us a chance. Again I will use the comparison, Seidio has customers on their 5th cases who are still not satisfied but yet you guys aren't attacking them are you?
To the mods, I wish you would have spoken with Mark and I before temporarily closing the thread. With the current issue going on we are having enough trouble keeping people on track, and I really do not want to have to deal with tons of PMs asking me the same questions over and over. We cannot commit to becoming a supporting vendor until we get our first case sent out and people see our true work. Please allow us to continue to keep people updated in the thread until we send our first case out and recieve feedback. If the member loves the case and posts up a great review then of course we would pay the fee for becoming a vendor. On the other hand, one negative review and all of a sudden we are scammers and con-artists and all this. Why would we want to pay to become a vendor to recieve a treatment like this? I have given you my all with my service and have withheld many comments that i'd like to post up .
Recap, mods please allow us to use the thread until our first case is sent out and a review is posted. After that we can decide where we want to go from there. And to all of you claiming we are scammers...honestly, we are not even making a profit off of these first cases. The money we are recieving is to start the initial cases, and then we were planning on using it to pay to become a vendor here.

P.S. xliderider, do not jump to putting up a paypal dispute as 3 others have. All it does is frustrate me because they didn't talk to me about asking for a refund before doing so. I do not take care of the refunds, I forward who wants a refund and Mark takes care of it. So please, TALK to me before doing something like that.

Chris, don't worry. There will be no PayPal dispute coming from me yet.
I did post in the thread that I wanted to change my order from a keyboard eliminating case to a case that allows the slider to work. I believe that case will be easier to make and will come out much nicer and sturdier because it wont have any of the thin sections of case like it would near the Standby/Mute key in the keyboard eliminating case. As one of the original buyers, can I assume that I won't have to wait too much longer?

So there is now another person involved in this case making process? Mark said he fired like 10 people already, and is about to start training you. Now someone is moving from California to Illinois to work with/for the company?

IMO the mods should have locked the thread but should not have hidden it from view. Seems like a damned inconvenient time to decide to extort advertising revenue from the case makers at this late date, right when we need the thread for status updates and discussion.
