    Installing alpha1 got alpha3 working perfectly for me. Now the problem is I can't wait for a fully functional version! Great job on this.

    Ok, after giving in to my addiction, seems like last night's release is even smoother than Alpha 3. Also, shut down menu was added and it's sweeeet. Wrote some instructions over at my site that might help those that are having trouble. Step-by-step of what I used to run ICS and have no boot loops on any of the 4 alphas to date. Thanks again DH!

    Seems to be great progress being made. Keep up the good work. I will wait just a tad longer for at least a Beta to be released. I only have my Bionic 7 days so I don't want to screw it up just yet.

    Fought with it all night last night.....today I flashed alpha 1 and got it to boot, then without wiping anything else flashed alpha 3 and it booted right up
