    How do I put a picture inserted into a text into my photo gallery?

    If you apply a rom or theme - backup first!
    If you don't know how to backup...Stop until you do.
    hint: I name my backups like this: sg6.0_20100428 or ss4.2_20100626 to easily find them later. rom and date.

    hmm, or the other way around? longpress the image, then save it.

    If you don't know how to backup...Stop until you do.
    hint: I name my backups like this: sg6.0_20100428 or ss4.2_20100626 to easily find them later. rom and date.

    Yep, your gallery is stored on your SD card, not the app, but it's contents.

    will it copy the message with it or just the picture? Thanks for the info. I cant seem to longpress JUST the picture.

    yea, at first I thought the question was how to save an image from a text, I had it backwards

    Will try and see what saves now, seem to be longpressing everything and never just the picture but we'll see.
