    No virtual keyboard when docked

    I bought the Seidio car dock for my Droid. It really works well. Very well made and easy to install. But I am having a problem with my Droid when it is in the car dock. When I click on a search box normally the virtual keyboard will pop up. But when its car docked no keyboard will open up. The only way I can input information is by using the voice search or removing the phone from the car dock and typing in using the keypad. Can anyone help me with this???

    Did you find resolution? I have this same issue. When using the Dock Simulator app to simulate Car Dock, the virtual keyboard works just fine. It also works with the Seidio MultiMedia station.
