Handcent & search button conflict???

I don't know what I did, but now when I hold down the search button for a voice search it says : You haven't enabled the quick compose, please enable it from handcent settings.

I just want my voice search back

Go to Settings/Applications/Manage Applications/find Handcent, and select the button that says Clear Defaults....

See if that works...

That box under handcent is shaded, no defaults set.

Try the same thing with Voice Search.....do the same thing I posted, but whenever you get to Manage Applications/Menu button/Filter All/search for Voice Search toward the bottom and try the same thing with it

I tried this with android voice search, quick search box,voice dialer and Google search enhanced, nothing helped.

I just found this Voice Search missing after return to stock and got things worked out.
