Google Talk won't sign out?

This seems to be a new bug, but I can't get Google Talk to sign out. I'd like to be able to sign in with another Google Talk account I use, but I can't get it to return to the "login" screen. When I hit Menu > Sign Out the application closes completely (no error), and doesn't bring me back to the login screen.

Also, no matter what I have checked for "Automatically sign in", Google Talk always signs in.

I've rebooted the phone, as well as tried to clear the data out in the manage applications area of settings.

Any ideas? It's not a huge issue, and certainly not worth a hard reset in my opinion.

It looks like multiple accounts is not supported. But you are not alone!

Some in the thread are using a 3rd party app as a work around, downloading a messaging client from the market.

Edit: I haven't used it myself, but Meebo seems to be the winner. Easier if you set it up from a PC first!
