phone goes to black screen after splash screen

Someone please help me. When I turn on my droid it boots up like normal gets to the splash screen then just goes to a black screen. I did root it and I think I may have bricked it. I replaced the framework-res.apk file it restarted and gave me no service and force closed everything. I tried to install the default framework but it didn't work so I did the power button+X and wiped everything. Is there anything I can do? Please help me asap.
