Droid X2 through Wirefly/Hard Reset, now no service

I am BRAND NEW (less than a month) to even having a smart phone. I was having various issues (primarily with texting). So, after reading a forum, I decided to do a hard reset. Bad Idea. Anyway, now, I don't have any connection. Since I got my phone through Wirefly, would they have to reactivate, or is this something that I can accomplish through Verizon? I know when I initially got my phone, it needed to be activated by wirefly, or I could have been charged the amount on my phone. I don't want to risk getting a bill for that!

I know, if I didn't understand what I was doing, I shouldn't have done it! Just out of frustration of trying to "fix" the issues...So, any advice or suggestions are appreciated...
