I have a question about my razr and how the Wi-Fi works.

Im not really understanding why my razr has higher signals download speeds on a G router that gets 15/5 Mbps vs my N router that gets 25/5 Mbps.

On the G 15/5 I'm getting 16Mbps down and 10Mbps up.
On the N 25/5 I'm getting 5Mbps down and 5Mbps up.

Am I missing something here? Do I need to change settings to my phone so it will work of the N network? Any help would be great! Thanks

Try forgetting the N network and then establish the connection again. You may have to check your router settings. I believe Channel 4 is the most universal channel when it comes to multiple devices.
